• Description

  Ultra-fast lifting powder lightener is blended into ultra-fine particles to ensure even lift from scalp to ends. Ideal for on-the-scalp applications as well as highlighting with foil or meches.

• How It Works

  Mixing ratio 1:1.5 or 1:2.

  In a non-metallic bowl, mix 1 part CHAIRLIFT lightener with 1.5 or 2 parts MOMENTUM Developer 5,10, 20, 30, or 40 volume.

  While wearing gloves, apply to dry hair.

  Process without heat for all on or off the scalp applications, up to 50 minutes depending on lift desired.

  For on the scalp applications mix with 5, 10, or 20 volume MOMENTUM developer.

  Rinse thoroughly.
