We invite you to join our members-only professional program to receive a 40% discount on Core and BLEU orders, and a 50% discount on liters, placed at pro.randco.com. Additionally, R+Color is available for purchase at wholesale price.
You will receive a welcome email within 24-48 business hours containing a link to activate your account. Once account is activated, you may log in directly through the R+Co Pro website (pro.randco.com), and your professional pricing will be displayed in your cart at the time of order.

Program Terms & Conditions
By proceeding with registration, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
**1. Eligibility: **Membership is available only to licensed cosmetologists in good standing. Proof of valid licensure is required for acceptance into the Program. Your membership, including any benefits and/or discounts, are personal to you and may not be used for the benefit of any third party or to purchase products for any other individual or third party.
2. Orders. Any orders submitted by you are subject to acceptance by R+Co. R+Co reserves the right in their sole discretion to reject all or portion of any orders and/or to limit the quantity or type of items in the order. Any returns of order items shall be subject to R+Co Return Policy listed here https://pro.randco.com/pages/help#shipping-returns. All items must be returned unopened, unused and in good and resaleable condition within thirty (30) days receipt of the products. All pricing for items are exclusive of federal, state, local and foreign taxes, duties, tariffs, levies, withholdings and similar assessments and participant agrees to bear and be responsible for the payment of all such charges, excluding taxes based upon R+Co’s net income.
3. Professional Use & Retail Sales: Products purchased under this Program are only for (a) professional use within your salon, and/or (b) retail sale directly to individual end-user customers for personal use through your physical salon location. All sales and/or distribution of R+Co products not expressly permitted as outlined above are considered diversion and are strictly prohibited.
4. Prohibited Sales & Distribution: Products may not be sold, offered, or distributed online, through e-commerce channels (including, but not limited to, digital channels, marketplaces or e-commerce platforms) or to any third-party, including but not limited to, distributors, resellers, or retailers. You may not represent that R+Co products are for sale on your website or indicate the retail price of any R+Co products anywhere on your website; however, you may state on your website that the R+Co products are available for sale at your salon location. Notwithstanding the preceding, you shall be allowed to participate in the R+Co Affiliate Program.
5. Intellectual Property. All trademarks, trade names, logos, images, or other intellectual property of R+Co may not be used without the prior written approval of the Company. Unauthorized use of R+Co’s intellectual property is strictly prohibited.
6. Program Terms. This membership program is offered at the sole discretion of R+Co, who reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the program, any related discounts or your membership at any time, with or without cause. Violation of the Program Terms & Conditions may result in immediate suspension or termination of your membership privileges. Your membership will not become active until we have provided you with written notice confirming acceptance into the program.
7. Indemnification. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless R+Co, its affiliates, officer, directors, employees, and agents from any and all liabilities, claims, expenses and damages, including reasonable attorneys’ fees and costs arising out of or related your acts, omissions, or your use of, or sale of, R+Co products; or (ii) your breach of its obligations, representations or warranties outlined in these Program Terms & Conditions.
8. Governing Law. These terms and conditions are governed by the internal laws of the state of Florida without regard to principles of conflicts of law. You irrevocably submits to the exclusive jurisdiction of the court of competent jurisdiction sitting in and for the Eleventh Judicial Circuit of the State of Florida.
Agreement: By submitting your registration, you represent that you are a licensed cosmetologist and agree to be bound by these Program Terms and Conditions and any other rules or requirements communicated by R+Co.
