• How It Works

  To use as an additive: add SUPER PALETTE to your OMNIPRESENT or STAR SIGN formula and adjust developer to compensate. Process accordingly.

  To use alone: mix with equal parts of 10 volume MOMENTUM Liqui-Crème Developer. Process for 30 minutes at room temperature
